Due to COVID-19 we cannot allow additional guest or children unless being serviced. We require all clients to wear masks, have temp checked and hands washed upon arrival.
Each of our salon services includes a wash. We do not offer elaborate braiding services . To ensure the quality of our service, we do not service clients with extensions installed outside of our salon.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy to avoid a 50% charge. Cancellations less than 24-hours notice and no-shows will be charged full price.
A consultation is required for all new color service clients.
Hydration Treatment Provided . *Price increases past bra length*. Matted and/or severely tangled hair will be charged an additional $40 based on additional time to untangle and straighten hair. Tightly coiled, matted hair may require a little more effort/time during service.
100% contactless payments, a credit card must be on file to schedule. Services are a la carte. A non-refundable, non-transferrable retainer of $50 is required for extension, braids + color services.
We respect our clients’ time, therefore we can only allow a 10-minute late grace period. After that, the appointment will be cancelled and clients will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
We’re located in The Shoppes at Smith Corners. Free parking is available in front of the storefronts.
If needed, clients may book a consultation for $30 prior to booking their services.
